My son needed his wisdom teeth out before leaving for college at the end of the summer. Our regular dentist's office did not accept insurance for the very expensive procedure, so I was forced to look elsewhere. Southlake Oral Surgery took my son’s primary and secondary insurance so it ended up being zero cost to me! They worked him into a very busy summer schedule so he will be all healed up before he leaves. I’m VERY grateful for the whole experience! Getting my wisdom teeth removed was the very first surgery i've ever gotten so I was super anxious and it took me months just to build up the courage to make the consultation appointment. But Dr. Taylor and the rest of the staff did an excellent job making me comfortable! The surgery was quick and I was pleasantly surprised with how little pain I was in during my recovery. I didn't really need the pain meds afterward other than Ibuprofen. I feel very lucky to have had such a smooth surgery and easy recovery. I highly recommend coming here!

Dr. Taylor at Southlake Oral Surgery has removed wisdom teeth for 4 of our children and he has also done extensive work on our 2 youngest daughters (8 and 10) who we adopted from Eastern Ukraine and needed several extractions. He always does a great job of sitting down to review each case and answer any questions regarding the procedures. All of our children had easy recoveries and Dr. Taylor and his staff has shown great care for each of them.
